A shocking video has gone viral after a security operative was captured on camera flogging a lady on her buttocks. The guy who posted the video online described it as a shame.

I can't post the video here because it's such a shameful sight to watch. The guy said the incident happened in Equatorial Guinea, probably at a Police station in the country. So wrong!
